Ingredients

  • 290 g Pizza dough
  • 150 g Tomato base
  • 150 g Haggis cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Jalapenos chopped
  • 2 tbsp N’duja crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Hot Honey drizzled

Instructions

  • Using some pizza dough, stretch this out to around 12 inches. You can make it from scratch or use a store-bought one if you're short on time.
  • Spread a generous amount of tomato sauce over the pizza base. This will be the foundation of your flavours.
  • Crumble cooked haggis evenly over the tomato base. This will provide that hearty, spiced flavour that haggis is known for.
  • Add slices of jalapeno and crumbled n’duja sausage over the top. These will bring the heat and excitement to your pizza.
  • Time to Bake:
Pizza Oven: Preheat your pizza oven to approximately 400°C. Bake the pizza for about 90 seconds, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Fan Oven: If you’re using a fan oven, preheat it to 200°C. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Once the pizza is baked, finish it off with a drizzle of hot honey. This will add a touch of sweetness that perfectly balances the spice.
